Brantley Christianson Real Estate ("BCRE," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website, iOS app, or related services.

This policy covers brantleychristianson.com, our iOS app, and the accounts, saved searches, messages, and transaction tools we provide through them.
When you request a consultation, create an account, save a search, opt in to texts, submit a lead form, request a home valuation, or otherwise get in touch, we collect what you give us. That typically includes name, email, phone, message, property address, search criteria, and SMS consent records.
If you sign up or sign in, our authentication provider (Clerk) stores account details such as email, phone, and a user ID. We keep a matching record in our database so we can provide brokerage services, saved searches, and your dashboard.
When you visit, we collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies. We also set a first-party visitor ID so that, after you choose to provide contact information or sign in, we can connect an earlier anonymous visit with your lead or account.
We record how you use listings and search: listing views, searches, saved homes, saved-search settings, and similar product activity. If you join a household search group, members you invite may see shared saved homes and saved searches.
If you arrive from an ad, we may store click identifiers and campaign parameters (such as Google click IDs and UTM fields) so we can tell which ads led to a consultation, signup, or other outcome.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising and analytics partners, described below, that may receive cookies, click IDs, and hashed contact details to measure ads. SMS mobile numbers and SMS opt-in records are treated more strictly — see SMS / text messaging.
If you opt in to text messages from BCRE, we collect your mobile number, the timestamp, the page URL where you consented, and your IP address as proof of consent. Opt-in is separate from consultation, showing, and contact forms; only an explicit SMS opt-in (including our SMS opt-in page) subscribes you. Message types include new listing alerts matching your saved searches, showing confirmations, and transaction deadline reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Categories of personal information collected through our SMS program — including mobile numbers and consent records — are not sold or shared. Carrier and messaging service providers (such as Twilio) process messages on our behalf under contracts that prohibit using your data for their own marketing. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@brantleychristianson.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in (Clerk), site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement.

We share information with service providers that help us operate, under contracts that limit how they may use it:
We also share information with household members you invite, with the MLS systems Repliers uses to run saved searches, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share SMS opt-in data for marketing.
If you request a home valuation, we send the property address and related details to Repliers to produce the estimate. We do not include the street address in Google Analytics or PostHog event payloads. Consultation, quiz, rate-shop, and other lead forms collect contact and property details so we can respond and, where relevant, measure advertising.
We keep account information while your account is active. We keep leads, communications, and transaction records as needed to provide brokerage services and to meet legal, licensing, and tax requirements. Analytics vendors keep data according to their own settings. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we encourage you to use caution when sharing sensitive data.

Our services are for adults seeking real estate information and representation. They are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
