The Kita
Approx. 3,379 SFMeaning "North," this home is the anchor. It features a dedicated morning kitchen (a "back kitchen" for prep), 5 bedrooms, and a multi-generational layout perfect for guests or extended family.
The Haku
Approx. 3,197 SFMeaning "Purity." This plan is all about the "Kokage" concept—bringing nature in. It features exposed beams in the great room and loft, plus a massive 10ft sliding door that disappears into the wall.

Stop 3: Behind The Walls
What you can't see on the video tour is the engineering. Shawood uses a proprietary metal joint system and Bellburn ceramic walls. These homes are fire-resistant, earthquake-resilient, and self-cleaning.
